I was driving home today when I saw something suprising (although it really shouldn't be considering how people drive these days). There was a girl driving a car with her right hand holding her cell phone to her ear, her left hand out the window holding a cigarette, and her left foot hanging out of the same window her left hand was out.

So that basically leaves one leg in charge of driving a car and that's it. Considering her mind was preoccupied with talking on the phone and she was killing the remaining brain cells by smoking, we have one leg with no brain driving a car down the road.

I wasn't sure if I should laugh or get angry at what appeared to be the total sum of all the bad drivers on the road in one place, so instead, I decided to take a picture of it.

P.S. The irony is not lost on me in the fact that I am also driving down the road while taking a photo on my phone's camera, but sometimes you have to take risks to be able to post facepalms online for all to see.

According to The Sun, there is a company that offers Braille translations for forms that taxi drivers fill out to apply for a job.

It's not such a big deal that they offer it, because I'm sure it's just an overall service. The funny thing about this is that the company defended the need to have the form offered in Braille, even though it's obvious that there would be no need considering taxi drivers would probably need the ability to see while driving.

The epidemic of bad driving is getting worse and worse as cell phone technology gets better and better. I don't think I've gone one day where I haven't seen a person texting on their cell phone while driving. This rich guy from Texas ended up driving his million dollar car into a marsh because he got distracted by a "low flying bird" and "dropping his cell phone" he said.

I'm willing to bet that he's lying about the imaginary bird and he was just texting the whole time. Perhaps he learned his lesson. When people are driving, they should focus on driving.

Either way, this is a very expensive /facepalm
