You lost my pants, give me $54 million dollars!

In case you're afraid of hyperlinks, let me sum up the article really quickly for you:  A man (a former judge, no less!) is suing a dry cleaners for returning (what he insists) are the wrong pair of pants to him.  Not only that, but he insists that because the dry cleaners have a 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' sign hanging in their window, he is suing them $1,500 per day the sign has been up (I'm no math whiz, but I assume that's where most of the $54 million comes into play).  At first I thought, 'shame on him', as he is a former judge, he should know better.  Then I remembered that judges are also lawyers, so you can insert your typical lawyer joke here.  The lawyer profession may be exaggerated in those jokes, but this dude really isn't doing much to allay those biases.

The only bright spot is that this guy lost the original case, which shows that not all judges are idiots.  The problem is that he is appealling his case, which has got to be the single greatest instance of a man's dedication to his pants that this world has ever seen.
